Hi, we are Tanner Rutz and Becki Shumay, the co-owners and property detailing specialists at Refined Rutz.

We want to welcome you to our website! Refined Rutz established its roots in 2016 and has been growing ever since! With both of us having a love for the outdoors and Tanner's last name being Rutz (pronounced roots) we really wanted to bring those elements together for our business! We started our business with an emphasis on lawn maintenance and have been evolving into a property detailing company.  We offer exterior window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, hedge trimming, garden, and lawn maintenance.

Tanner has a passion for heights, cleaning, and meeting new people while Becki has a passion for plants, playing in soil, and helping others!

 

We are always wanting to learn more and grow as individuals and as a business to offer our customers the best quality service and care for their properties!
